MY PRICING IS BASED ON MY QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, UP-TO-DATE EQUIPMENT, AND THE REMARKABLE RESULTS I'M ABLE TO ACHIEVE FOR MY CLIENTS.
Sessions are quite intense and therefore I recommend one 30 minute sessions per visit, nothing longer unless you are really in shape and capable.
Rates are :
$65.00 for a 30 minute consultation (First training session of 30 minutes included if you sign-up)
$45.00 per 30 minute session
$90.00 for a 1 hour session
PLEASE NOTE: I work with one client at a time in a session and I train that person in private which allows me to take the time needed to personalize, supervise, educate and deliver the highest quality of training.
All of the equipment, exercises and weights are prepared in advance of your visit so we can achieve maximum productivity in your session. There's no waiting for equipment but you will be given the appropriate amount of rest between exercises. We can talk about any topic during a session even if it's not related to exercise or health. What you will achieve in a 30 minute session at IrinaFitFoodie would take you hours in a public gym. The results you'll get from our sessions will be far superior to what you may have as expectations or what you may have experienced before. The techniques I use to get you to exercise effectively combined with my knowledge of the female anatomy makes all the difference. After the age of 35, women begin to lose lean muscle, muscle which is extremely important to maintain good health as we get older. Exercising early enough in life slows down that muscle loss. Continuing to exercise regularly will actually build up additional reserves that will come in real handy for the rest of your life. If the goal is to be strong (without big bulgy muscles), shapely, toned and feminine looking, then strength training using free weight and some special equipment is still the best way to do it. Selecting the right exercises, weight, and repetitions and making sure you perform each exercise properly is my service commitment to you. We won't be spending any time jumping or running during a 30 minute exercise session but if you think it might be beneficial, you can always do some on your own...... just don't hurt your knees or ankles.

Missed Session or Session Cancellation Policy
If a session is completely missed (you were not present at the scheduled time) or if you cancel your appointment on the same day it was scheduled to occur, you will need to pay for that session.
If a session is cancelled 1 day or more before it was scheduled to occur or if you simply reschedule a session and move it to another time or day, no penalty or fee will need to be paid.
Cancelation for a legitimate reason is understandable and you will not be penalized however, repeated cancellations will not be tolerated and penalties will be applied.
Please understand that reserving a training session dedicates the gym, all our resources and personnel to you and if anyone else wanted that time slot they can not reserve it.
Any number of Pre-paid Session bundled together under one single payment "Will Expire" after 12 months from date of purchase if you have not taken them.
If you have pre-paid for any number of sessions under the one payment, you have 365 days from their date of purchase to book a time slot/(schedule) and also attend "ALL" of those pre-paid sessions. If, after 365 days some or all of those pre-paid sessions remain unused, their dollar value will be reduced by 1/2. At that point you can only request a refund for their new reduced value. Should you wish to continue training, new sessions must be scheduled at the current rate and we will not be offering any other type of compensation, financial or other for those unused sessions.
